As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our product, making sure it's reliable, secure, and scalable. You'll have the chance to work on projects that directly impact the success of our business and our customers.

Day to Day

• Work closely with the frontend team, product managers, and designers to define feature specifications and build the next generation of our products.
• Participate in all phases of the development cycle – concept, design, development, testing, and release.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure all systems are designed and coded for security, privacy, and adherence to SOLID principles.
• Proactively identify and resolve software inefficiencies and potential issues.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle including design, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Regularly review and refine our backend engineering practices, ensuring high-quality software construction in accordance with SOLID principles.

Desarrollar soluciones de software cumplan las expectativas del cliente y los estándares definidos por la compañía respecto a Arquitectura, IT Security y Compliance.

Diseñar y desarrollar los productos de software que conforman la solución técnica buscando la innovación para la eficiencia en los procesos de negocio.

Responsabilidades 

• Generar con calidad los entregables de desarrollo en proyectos de software, definiendo y desarrollado la mejor solución técnica que cumpla con los requerimientos aprobados del proyecto, cumpliendo los estándares corporativos y buenas prácticas del mercado
• Asegurar el entendimiento de los procesos de negocio, la metodología de desarrollo, así como las técnicas y mejores prácticas del mercado a través de capacitaciones técnicas.
• Crear código acorde al diseño de la solución generando las pruebas unitarias, de performance y de integración correspondiente para asegurar la funcionalidad de los componentes que forman parte de la solución. 

Como consultor SAP Abap, serás responsable de:

• Diseñar, desarrollar, modificar y depurar programas SAP ABAP en S/4 HANA.
• Redactar especificaciones técnicas basadas en requisitos funcionales y proporcionar estimaciones de esfuerzo.
• Analizar y depurar programas SAP ABAP existentes y realizar ajustes de rendimiento.
• Desarrollar documentos de diseño técnico y realizar revisiones de código.
• Apoyar, mantener y solucionar problemas de programas SAP ABAP personalizados existentes.
