About the position

Sr. FullStack Software Engineer (React / Node.js)

‍As a Sr. Software Engineer, you'll get to build upon the latest

advances in tech - including LLMs, AI, and voice transcription/analysis. This

is a ground-floor opportunity to join early and tangibly shape the company's trajectory.

You will experience the balance of being scrappy and operating at scale.

-     Scope, design, implement, and own end-to-end feature sets

-       Have autonomy to identify, conceptualize, and launch new initiatives

-       Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

-       Help design a delightful and intuitive product that users enjoy coming back to

-       Work directly with customers on product development and product support

-       Also have experience working with APIs

The Ideal Candidate

‍

*5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer. Skilled enough on frontend

and backend to move quickly and also maintain high-quality of output

*Senior engineer, with at least 3+ years of experience with Node.js and React

*Able to operate independently, without much guidance/support, and to unblock themselves if stuck on something while coding

*Able to think about the user experience and product impact while deciding how to build

*Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment

*Cares about shipping high-quality products, and believes that details matter in creating a delightful user experience

*Self-driven, and able to work on a mix of open ended-experiment ideas and projects with detailed specifications

*Thinks like an owner, and has excellent written and oral communication skills

*Excited about the untapped potential of leveraging AI and LLMs to analyze conversations and drive revenue growth

*Enjoys working and contributing to a high-performing team that

consistently delivers results
